EB-1C for Multinational Executive (Manager IT Services and Project Development) March 25, 2011:

The Immigrant Petition was filed on behalf of a high level Manager for a Revenue Cycle Management Company. The challenge with this filing was that the Client Company was in a constant state of flux as they were acquiring and/or were entering into agreements to manage several company accounts and the Applicant was constant being moved around within the organization and his roles and responsibilities were changing by the minute. Documentation and petition paperwork had to be constantly revised and we had to be involved and on top of changes being made up to the very last minute before filing. Extensive paperwork and detailed organizational charts, job responsibilities, work flow drawings, etc. were provided to allow the Service to see that the position rose to the level of a Manger/Executive and was not for the position of a first-level supervisor. Careful attention to detail and painstaking effort to convey the true nature of the job allowed this Petition to be approved in record time.
