This is to inform all employees of the Employment Standards Administration (ESA) of the pending reorganization of that entity, which is anticipated to occur effective Sunday, November 8, 2009. This reorganization will abolish the umbrella organization known as the Employment Standards Administration and will maintain the component programs (i.e., the Wage and Hour Division, the Office of Labor-Management Standards, the Office of Federal Contract . Compliance Programs, and the Office of Workers' Compensation Programs) as stand-alone organizations reporting directly to the Office ofthe Secretary of Labor.
