Q. What information do you have about me?
A. Very little actually. The bulletin feature will collect and store emails and other identity (basic) information to communicate with you from time to time. Any other information provided about your case is strictly confidential and protected zealously. Only attorneys are allowed to respond to substantive questions of law and therefore, no one else in the firm has your information. To the best of our knowledge, no feature in our website leads to cookies being placed on your server/computer.
Q. How do you safeguard information about me?
A. As stated earlier, only authorized legal personnel are allowed to view, handle, and respond to client inquiries. We authorize paralegals to get information about you only when they need it to process a petition on your behalf.
Q. Is information about me shared with the govt.?
A. The firm does not share any information other than that provided to us as part of a petition being filed with the uscis, dol, or other govt. Agency. |
